Jane Katkova-Brown, M.A., is a Member of the Association of Immigration Counsel of Canada, Membership Number # 7041035.
Over 14 years of experience allow Jane to professionally represent clients in all areas of Immigration Law. Jane has been practicing immigration law since 1993 and has started the Firm in 1995.
Farida Gasimova, PhD, Office Manager.
Farida is a highly skilled professional specializing in Skilled Worker Cases and Business Immigration, in-Canada applications for permanent residence and Family Class Applications, Student Visas to Canada. With a vast experience of working with the Firm, with clients from almost every corner of the world, she has gained an invaluable experience of the intricacies of immigration processes, and succeeded in assisting hundreds of cases of our clients.
Viktoriya Kozlova, B.A..
Viktoriya came to our office after working as a State Prosecutor in her home city of Kaliningrad, Russia and after graduating with honors from the Court and Tribunal Agent Program of Seneca College. She specializes in preparation of Refugee Cases for their presentation to Immigration and Refugee Board, PRRA applications, applications for permanent residence on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Kamilla Nikolaev, B. A. in Law, B.A. in English Philology.
Kamilla works with Family Class cases, Work and Student Permits, extensions of Canadian Visitor’s visas.
Kamilla prepares cases for the Canadian employers, willing to hire foreign workers to come and work for them in Canada. Such cases are first to be considered by Human Resources and Services Development Canada. Kamilla’s excellent writing skills, which are enhanced by her English Philology degree in combination with her Law Degree and deep understanding of the processes associated with each application, are impeccable.

Licensed to practice Law in India and the US, David has been living in Canada for several years.
Anjum Qurashi, M.A.
Anjum is an associate with the Firm, predominantly dealing with our clientele of Pakistani, Indian and Bangladesh origins. Anjum is the only team member who speaks 5 languages: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gugrabi and English.
